| February 15, 2012 | Last day to mail out nomination form to members |
| March 1, 2012 | Nomination submissions from members must be postmarked by this date to be included on the election ballot. |
| April 1, 2012 | Last day to mail out election ballots to members |
| April 10, 2012 | Election ballots must be postmarked by this date for the vote to be counted. |
