
To apply for membership in the Houston Counseling Association please print and complete the Application Form and mail one copy (two are printed) to the address printed on the form. If you can not display or print the form, you may need to download the Acrobat Reader, see logo below. Or if you like, just contact our Membership Chairperson and an application will be mailed to you. You may also want to review the HCA By-Laws and the membership requirements specified in Acticle II therein.

Access to the Membership Records requires prior registration. Contact the Membership Chairperson for authorization and registration. You will be emailed a password. After which, all member names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses may be viewed. Individual member records may be revised by contacting the Membership Chairperson, not deleted. Administrator level access is required to add and delete members.
