To apply for membership in the Houston Counseling Association, please print and complete the HCA Membership Form and mail it to the address printed on the form. You may also want to review the HCA By-Laws and the membership requirements specified in Article II therein. For more information, you may contact our Membership Chair, Becky Hayes.
