Apply for an HCA Scholarship Award

You can apply if you ...

Are currently enrolled in a Counseling Certification Program
Have completed 12 or more hours toward counselor certification
Have a 3.0 or better GPA in the counseling certification courses

To apply:

Submit a transcript showing graduate credit in counseling courses.
Submit a letter of recommendation from one of your counseling professors.
Complete the HCA Scholarship Application Form and mail it to the address on the form by March 31, 2012.

Print out the form on your printer by clicking on the Acrobat Reader printer logo or pressing "Ctrl P". If you have any problem with the printout, select "Print as Image" on your printer menu before you click OK. For more information, you may contact our Scholarship Chair, RosaLee Robinson.

Note: The scholarship form requires that you have the Adobe Reader installed on your computer. If you do not have it installed, you can get a free copy of the software by clicking the image on the right.
